Inaka's is some of the best sushi around and reasonably priced. We order delivery often and the food is great. But on a busy night delivery slows to a crawl. We've waited over 1 hour, 1.25 hours on multiple occasions. We order online and are never alerted about the delay. And we we've never gotten anything more than a "very sorry, we're busy." My partner doesn't want to order here any more. Good sushi and they seem like nice people, but don't be surprised by the wait.

To whom it may concern, I have been a loyal customer to your establishment for the past few months and have spent quite a bit. I've had an unpleasant experience with your delivery representative on many occasions who is rude, and have mentioned this during my last transaction. After a few weeks, I decided to place an order today April 24. The driver today, someone new seemed unpleasant once again and after tipping the gentleman today I didn't even get a thank you. He just snatched the money and walked out. Its unfortunate as I do enjoy the food, but will never order again from Inaka as I am continued to being treated poorly.

Your website says orders made online and paid in cash get a 10% discount. When I ordered, you did not honor this offer and charged me the full price. False advertising!

Be careful of their online ordering website, http://inakany.com. The menu and the prices are not accurate - for example, if you order the Sushi lunch bar special, which is supposed to come with 5 pieces of sushi and one california roll, you get a Sushi bento box instead. I complained about this to Inaka, and she brushed aside my complaints and told me to take them to Chinese Menu, their online vendor. Rude and ridiculous.They can also take up to 90 minutes to deliver on weekends. Recently, the sushi they deliver has become soggy, perhaps because they've been sitting in the delivery vehicle for too long.I used to like Inaka because of the quality of their food, reasonable prices and reasonable delivery times, but it's been a couple of extremely disappointing experiences. Their customer service has generally been brusque and inappropriate.
